Our family took a trip to Pagosa Springs in August of 2009!
We had a lot to celebrate and a lot to do on this nastalgic trip.
See, my family used to go to Pagosa every year at Spring break and although we hadn't been in several years (12 1/2 years for Billy & I) it was a place ful of memories.
Billy and I celebrated our 12 year anniversary. Pagosa was a special place for us to celebrate because it is the same town where Billy asked my Dad for his blessing to marry me. Boy, Dad.......thanks for watching out for me! Joking! I wouldn't trade this man for the world!
We ate at The Malt Shoppe twice! Really great hamburgers and ice cream. Then, we rented some tubes and hopped in this crazy looking buss to be dropped off for a very slow and rocky float in the river. The river was just a tad too shallow for many of us! Grammy, Prego Aunt Katy and Alyssa stayed behind and played in the warm Hot Springs water waiting for us. 
We had a baby shower for John and Katy, due in November with who we know know and love "Jackson". Nina made some super yummy cupcakes for the shower and they were surprised!
We hiked to a waterfall and had a picnic while John, Dad and Taylor climbed straight up the side of the mountain and made us all super nervous. Thank you God they all came down safely!
And last, but not least, we celebrated Mom's 60th birthday in style! What a memorable night that we will never forget. Love you mom for the way you love us and the zest you have for life!
Such a fun trip... every piece of it! and what a handsome couple you are after 12 years :) with two precious children... Brandon told me this morning that Isaiah is a really good kid... good news to hear as a mamma!
